Thickness of wood (can alter the plan measurements)
Self made or shop bought fixtures and fittings (windows, doors, chimneys, architectural details)
Total cost (factor in tools and sundry materials)
Space (preparatory and drying times can add up. Ensure that you have a long term space in which to work and to store your work in progress)
