This dolls house kit makes a one twelfth scale MDF six room Regency Manor House. The house is front opening with two main doors and the hinged roof opens at the front. The extra width means that the rooms are a little larger than our other houses. There is an optional basement extension with French doors that open out onto a fenced patio at the front. This kit includes all doors, window frames, glazing, stairs, banisters, balustrades, chimneys and pots. Screws, hinges, door magnets and glue are also supplied. The kit maker will only need to supply their own sandpaper, bradawl, set square and Philips screwdriver. The doors, windows and stairs are all made of reclaimed hardwood wherever possible although some pine is also used. Most kit components are hand made and hand finished.
