This wooden dolls house kit is made by a new dolls house manufacturing company based in Suffolk, England. This sumptuous mansion is made from flat pack 9mm MDF for all exterior walls and 6mm MDF for the interior walls and floors. Preston Manor has 8 rooms, the ground floor rooms are huge to allow for the grand ballroom and reception room of days gone by.

The front opens in three sections giving easy access. An optional basement extension kit is also available.

Included in the kit are the stairs, landings, spindle and newel posts, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper. Fully comprehensive instructions take the kit maker through the construction of this house step by step. However, due to its size and complexity we would recommend that this be attempted by a more experienced dolls house kit maker.

The Preston Manor Wooden Dolls house kit costs £389.50. The optional basement kit is £119.50.
